Lava has announced the launch of its selfie-focused smartphone, the Lava P7 Plus today.

The Lava P7 Plus comes with an 8MP primary camera, while the front camera is 5MP. Both cameras feature LED flash.
It also comes with editing tools like ‘Pic Focus’. The phone also comes with battery saving features such as ‘Doze the device’ that puts the phone in a sleep state when it detects that the device is stationary, unplugged or in screen off mode.
Lava P7 Plus also features smart-screen gestures that will allow a user to create shortcuts for frequently used apps like email, camera, browser, etc. The phone has dual SIM compatibility, and connects via 3G, USB, Bluetooth and WiFi.
Lava P7 Plus will come with one year manufacturer warranty, with a six months warranty for the in-box accessories, which include headset, screen guard, charger, battery and a USB Cable.
The company had launched the Lava A68 in August at Rs 4,599. The phone features a 4.5-inch FWVGA display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor with 1GB RAM. Lava smartphones are now supporting Reliance Jio 4G service.
